Insomnia. 🥱
I hate this. I have difficulty sleeping from time to time, but it's never been a recurring thing that I would resort to sleeping pills.
If anything, reading thru some drafts would knock me out. Maybe. It might also have me working thru the night. It's hard to tell, and I don't want to pull out the iPad to test it since the main goal here is getting some💤.
Back in the old days, my solution was listening to talk radio. Coast to Coast was a favorite. Art Bell was still running the show in those days.
