Are Developers of camera apps conspiring to start a hate war with the shutter sound effects?

Already I have experienced two complaints about my shooting techniques. All of them human.
This morning, my walk path to work traversed a local park closed for repairs. Soon the park will reopen just like when it did after renovations several years ago. The funny thing is that the ducks won't be very enthusiastic as I'm certain that all the homeless encampment tents will return again.
Walkers, joggers, and pet owners are reduced to using the sidewalk. As I reach the far end of the park, I notice this beautiful dog. A Great Dane? Who knows. My phone makes that clicking sound effect which old analog cameras are famous for doing. The lady at the other end of the dog leash expresses her disgust. She sounded like she was being assaulted by a pervert.
As she becomes confrontational, I expect her male friends might also become confrontational in her defense. Man! no wonder I don't have any lady friends. I tried to establish some respite, but her negative attitude of confrontation made it awkward to explain it wasn't her that I shot but her dogs.
What a way to start off the week. So, afterward, reflecting on my little altercation, I realized how much the stranger resembled Patty Piggy Power. Of course, with the mask on her face and the red/brown hair, knowing for sure would be impossible without confirmation. The ol' noggin continues to explore the possibility that patty's involvement in the junior police programs known as cadets/explorers during middle school, hence the nickname she earned for herself, progressed into a real policing job.
It didn't sound like her. Her voice IMO is easily recognized despite what little interaction we've had in the past.
Recently, and maybe this was as a result of the obvious advantages cameras have had in the hands of the general public these days, but here in the library it is understood that anybody can take photos inside the library. This wasn't always the case. Photographers/hobbyists taking photos inside the library were expected to have permission to do so.
In conclusion, I am scared of this mean lady in the photo walking her Great Dane. Does she always walk her dog at the same time? Will I encounter the bitch again? Chances are I would not have used the photo in my blog, but because it has inspired this rant, I've changed my mind. Thank you, mean lady, if you're reading this.
