Then commanded to continue forward! after acknowledging how startled and concerned he was, at first, at the blood that began to pour out of the elderly gentleman's head!

How much do you want to wager that the inconsiderate cops placed on suspension without pay visited the elderly gentleman to apologize. Where are the PRO BONO attorneys who are going to guide the elderly gentleman, who is probably a United States citizen, on a path to press charges?
