I've got to stop this habbit

Does anybody out there remember the days when they would bar hop? Well, I been bar hopping and I carry a pack of smokes because I hate bumming a cig from my friends. Now, it seems that when I go out alone, drinking, I take a break outside and smoke a cig. WTF?

I don't smoke. I liked it that way. I have ordered nicotine patches, but they only make me nauseous. I can't bring myself to wearing them while I'm out and about. It's just wrong. Peeps go out to feel good. Not to feel ugh.

I really wish I could kill this last pack of Marlboros and be done with it. I could really use your support.
