A new book that looks interesting enough to peruse

There's an interesting rags-to-riches story in Rolling Stone magazine this month. It's called

The master of modern noir has completed an epic secret history of America--a trilogy so dark that he lost his mind writing it

Then the subheading is

James Ellroy's American Apocalypse

One would think that the typesetter got his subheading and headline mixed up in this one, but it's plain to see that the larger, bolder black type adjacent to the smaller red type, is what most people are going to read first. Author's name is Sean Woods and it seems like this article is an interview with the author of a new book Blood's a rover

I haven't read it yet. I'm still at work and I'm giving myself a break from reptile manuals and radical journalists, but it's busier than a two monkeys in the tunnel of love. Scratch that. I can't think of the idiom I want to use, but you get the idea. The moment I sit myself down to read, I get an interruption.
