Colorado state is cracking down on people's right to free speech because, experts say, when there doesn't exist a law that curbs a person's right to wear garments containing lurid expressions, a license plate on a car isn't much different. This article in the Times ends on a quizzicle note, and I find myself pondering over the acronym STYTUND with little achievment. I conclude that it either stands for "small tyte undie" or "stay tuned" I just dunno. Here's a direct link to the story
