Made plans to hike up Echo Mountain this year. Gonna be a heck of a workout so me thinks I better start trying to get in shape.

So I thought I would fill you in on the wood fire pizza project I twitted the other day. I was struggling with the thermometer trying to get the fire 500°f Well, I sure as hell got the fire roaring hot. The pizza was done in less that a minute of putting it in the fire place, if I was just going by the amount of browning the crust had which was in direct contact to the pizza stone. I had to leave it in a while longer and as a result over cooked the bottom of the crust. I mean, it was to the point of want to take a butter knife and scrape the charred bread like when you do when you burn toast in a toaster.

It's a good thing I got a chance to see my mistake becuz my nephew us having a b-day party and he requested brick oven BBQ chicken pizza. Yum.

I am eligible for an upgrade in August and, I may have blogged this before, I've been browsing the different smart phones. While there's a rumore that iPhone will have a new version coming out in January, I don't think I can wait that long for a new gizmo to play with. There is a very good chance I may forego my devotedness to Apple and buy myself a 3G phone.

I enjoy the keyboard on my iPod Touch and going with an Android phone would mean hunting for the keys, like the dot and the comma, and getting mixed up whenever I want to use the iPod to surf the web, read email, etc. I don't know what to do.

I find myself measuring pros and cons, but in the end, I'm sure my decision will be a spur of the moment thing. Seeing that I'll be eligible for upgrading in two months, it doesn't seem possible that I will be able to show with strength restraint until 2012.
