Jacko due in news come May Day

As it happens, one thing leads to another. This rule does NOT apply to my love live, though. One hour ago I read an AP report on a complaint filed with the Santa Maria courts against Michael Jackson. It is a lonely, oh-so-lonely man, who spends approximately $91,602.00 on veterinarian services.
Not to stray to far from topic, in a nutshell, I`ve been trying to use current events, about celebrities in legal tangles, to find blogs dedicated to celebrity lawsuits. Early in the week I tried to do searches on Paris, bless her little heart. She doesn`t seem like a girl who would make death threats and backstab her friends. Unfortunately, it wasn`t until I hung up with DC that I found a disgruntled Vet filing allegations of non-payment for treatments to such zoo animals as orangutans, elephants and giraffes.
I don`t know if the attorney handling the suit has a blog, nor do I expect he would comment on such business. Just how strong a suit for a balance of $91K owed to Dinnes (vet hospital) would have, if Dr Martin Dinnes proceeds to handle MJs pets, could be weighed against the circus that the media will treat as such by traveling, all expenses paid, to Cirque du Soliel Jacko style.
To make a long story short, using this criteria as a search string on the ever popular http://blogsearch.google.com

"michael jackson" law suit

… I came across The Southern California Law Blog. It turned out not to be such a bad week after all. Although I wasn`t as productive as I probably could have been, it`s days like these that I like to recall the advice my friends in Deutschland constantly give me: "Don`t work so hard" Thanks PW. I`ll remember to make myself a post-it to stick on my head.
Now, if I could just remember what that metal plate is for…

Aren`t you just bothered by this whole upgrade thing? Minding my own biz, I`m on imdb.com when I discover the Ron Howard film The Da Vinci Code has a trailer available for viewing. I go to the link indicating the mpeg file is compatible with QuickTime. When I click it, I get an error message that something or another isn`t installed. So I seek a free upgrade.

I find the freebie and start downloading. Then I double click to expand the upgrade. Another message appears that reads I must be running OSX 10.3.
