Jeezus, I swear, I don't know what I would do if there wasn't a donotcall.gov service because, even though my number is registered, the calls I receive from these unwanted soliciters has been reduced to survey takers and people named Dave, who freelances as a professional. I imagine they get away with not breaking any laws because they don't really run a business.
